Great connection to the tube (West Heampstead stop), in 15 minutes in central London. online check-in and all communication and handling via WhatsApp worked perfectly. basic but nice room with a new renovated bathroom. EXCELLENT. So far everything was really clean:) We will come back!!!!!!
