We offer 40+ Guest Bedrooms & Designer self contained Studios across 5 buildings, all in a superbly convenient West Hampstead residential location. All our classic and more contemporary boutique style bedrooms offer Tea & Coffee facilities. Our Studios have mini fridges, toaster, and microwave. Our Studios have wood flooring. Bedrooms have carpets.
The majority of our rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, whilst some of our most economical rooms have shared shower and WC facilities.

Key Safes are available 24/7 at the Entrance to the Main Reception at 195/197 Sumatra Road. Access codes are sent via email or business WhatsApp on the day of arrival. Please do not ask for this prior to day of arrival.
Check in time is from 2 pm. Our friendly down to earth team are on hand to assist and advise you with your reservation and check in process.
